Born in São Paulo, in 1991, Eduardo Galdin has showed interested about music early, when at ten years old, started taking guitar and sing classes. At eleven, while he has playing guitar on his bedroom, his brother was listening to some tapes on the old radio and, among this tapes, there was a Iron Maiden and a Guns’n Roses one. At first, Eduardo has not felt atracted to the song, but, some minutes later, the Iron maiden guitar solos has took his atention, giving the start to his interest about the same genre bands. In the following two years, Eduardo evoluted a lot in his musical studies, he got his first guitar and searched for knowledge about various styles, since MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) to Blues.
At 13, he’s knew more about heavy metal and hard rock strands, seeding his repertory of references with bands like Angra, Shaman, Helloween, Nightwish and, specially, with vocalists as Andre Matos, Michael Kiske, Ronnie James Dio, Bruce Dickinson, David Coverdale, Michael Sweet, Miljenko Matijevic and others that are configured as important influences, so far.
From this moment, Eduardo has studied with several teachers and after, he joined in the Souza Lima Conservatory, where he’s deepened in the world of the musicals, taking much more knowledge and vocal technical, when, under indication of one of his teachers, started teaching, in 2008.
In your journey in the world of music, Eduardo has been searching for constant evolution and he believes that always exists something to improve, because of this, he always dedicated himself to the studies hardly, what gave him a great diversity of vocal resources, turning possible for a soft interpretation to a heavy and dramatical performance. One of his differencials is his huge vocal extension, that turns possible reaching low, medium and very high notes, preserving the beauty and the bright of his timbre.
After pass to some bands, nowadays, Eduardo Galdin is the vocalist of the Hard’n Heavy band called “Sharyot”, that borned in the Souza Lima Conservatory times, when the singer met Dennis D’angelo, the guitar player of the band. The band explores the hard rock and the true rock’n roll essences, rescuing the importance of this styles.
